Introduction paragliding courses

They take place in Wilderness Kleinkrantz beach .

This course will give you a good idea of the freedom of paragliding

Includes:
Rental of all Equipment
4-8 flights of training dune
2-3 high flights depending on conditions

Duration : Between 1 - -3 days
Cost : R 1750 - 00 ( excluding student license )

After completion of course one must still train further, see basic course.

Only walking distance from Flyers Lodge if accommodation and training package is needed .

All training done by qualified SAHPA instructors .

Basic license  paragliding course

After completion of this course you are legal to fly anywhere in the South Africa and the World. Is recognised by SAHPA and internationally through its association with FAI.The course is run by highly qualified instructors who are SAHPA rated and have 15 years flying experience .

Course starts at Kleinkrantz Beach and then the student will begin high flights at sites like Map of Africa in Wilderness and Sedgeview in Sedgfield .There is compulsory manouvers that must be completed and also theory lessons with a exam before completing the course .So if you staying in Plettenberg bay , Knysna , George , Sedgefield , Mossel bay or Wilderness come start paragliding now !

During the course we also provide in flight Tandem instruction which helps the student to understand the dymnamics of flight better.You are in good hands with one of the best paragliding schools in the South Africa .

Acommodation at Flyers lodge on the beach can be provided at a prefential rate .

Advanced X country course.

We normally hold the course at Porterville as its the best XC site in the country .

This course is for pilots who have finished their basic licence and want to get their sports licence. It's for the Basic pilot who now wants to start cross-country flying.

The course is 2-3 days with lectures at night and morning and flying in the day.

The Course will cover extensively thermal flying and in flight safety with some basic manoeuvres
