Perfect student training site, grassy slope, beach landing and also easy top landings .The site is near the view point Map of Africa hence the name and overlooks the Indian Ocean .Its quite common to see whales , sharks and Dolphins while flying .

Perfect launch site for views of the sea and  is very close to Wilderness village .The site is great for Tandem flights with Knysna paragliding .Its a big favourite for visiting pilots .
